BRASS STEAM ENGINE DOMES AND THE LIKE
Here is a gallery showing some of the Steam engine domes I have made over the years, most are brass but can be steel or copper. All of my domes are hand raised from sheet brass using traditional techniques.
In addition to the domes I also have made crinolines, valve covers, boiler surrounds and various other trims and fitting for Steam engines, carriages and rolling stock.

BRASS DOME FOR A LOCOMOTIVE
A Brass Dome I made to sit atop a railway locomotive on The Lincolnshire Coast Light Railway.
The Loco is called ‘Jurassic’, so a nice connection me thinks.
